GENERAL SUMMARY:
Medical Students are employees of the San Cristobal Medical Facility that work closely with the Attending Physicians to gain new medical knowledge to advance their career in San Cristobal Medical. Medical Students will enroll in a 14 day specialty program to find out what medical specialty they'd like to pursue.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to medical professionals

• Assist patients with the understands of diagnosis and treatment plans

• Attend educational seminars and enroll in medical education program

• Shadow and acquire new medical knowledge from attending physicians

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Vigorously uphold patient confidentially standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred to have previous creditable medical experience
