GENERAL SUMMARY:
Medical Receptionists are employees of the San Cristobal Medical Facility that are the first face of San Cristobal. They run all medical information desks. They make sure all patient information is up to date and that patients are all set to be treated. They also coordinate with the hospital administrator and doctors to make sure all supplies and medicine are provided and accounted for.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedules patient visits and/or procedures

• Update patients medical information

• Prepares patient information for doctors

• Communicates to doctors about clinical questions from patients

• Confirms if patient uses Seegson Medical Insurance

• Maintains records of all procedures on patients

• Ensures patient consents to treatments and visits

• Ensures all supplies, medicines, and equipment are stocked

• Vigorously uphold patient confidentially standards
