GENERAL SUMMARY:
Flight Reservationists are employed at the Spaceflight Terminal. They work to ensure flight information and management is delivered to visitors of Sevastopol Station. They reserve and coordinate flight schedules for visitors and communicate efficiently to make sure they have a enjoyable and carefree trip to and from Sevastopol Station.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and handle flight reservation from visitors

• Provide accurate information on flight schedules and travel regulations

• Coordinate with other employees of the Spaceflight Terminal to allow smooth operations with flight information and processing

• Assess and assist visitor inquiries, concerns, and complaints in regards to the Spaceflight Terminal in a professional manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor's arrivals and departures

• Monitor flight information and adjust reservations as necessary

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Spaceflight Terminal policies, protocols, and regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred experience with a credible airline or travel service
